The garden is not left at ground level. Every floor of the residences carries a planted ledge along its terrace, so the elevation reads as green from the courtyard and each apartment opens onto something growing.
At grade, the courtyard between the blocks is held by a single specimen tree, with shaded walks running out towards the pool and the promenade.
