Every one of the ten riverfront houses carries its terrace on the roof, and the shared lounge takes the same position at the top of the garden residences — above the palms, level with the horizon, with the whole width of the Volta in front of it.
It is the room the estate is organised around: the sun sets across the water from here, and the wedding lawn and the marina both read as part of the same view.
